IP56
The IP rating is one of the most important features of a towel warmer. The IP rating of a towel warmer determines how close it can be located to the nearest water source (Tap, Shower, Bath etc). The highest rating specified by the Australia and NZ joint standard for towel warmers is IP45. All Heirloom STRATA towel warmers bars have an IP45, IP47 or a IP56 rating giving you the assurance of the greatest flexibility in determining where the towel warmer can be mounted. IP45, IP47 and IP56 warmers can be installed in Zone 1. For confidence and safety, always ensure the towel warmer you purchase has at least an IP45 rating and has been tested in a New Zealand laboratory.
Care Standard Compliant
These products meet the New Zealand (NZS 4121) and Australian (AS1428.1) product standards. In some limited cases products are only compliant with one of these standards and this will be noted in the brochure as will any special installation requirements.
WELS 4 Star Compliant
The WELS (Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme) is designed to provide information, through labelling at the point of sale, to consumers buying products that use water. The purpose of the label is to help consumers choose products that use less water but still provide a satisfactory level of quality and performance. The WELS 4 star rating applies to 4.5 Litre full flush/3 Litre half flush toilets

2 Year Warranty
This product or product component is covered by a 24 month warranty from date of purchase for faulty workmanship or materials subject to correct installation by a qualified plumber, electrician, or relevant trade and normal operation and use, in compliance with product instructions and information. Warranty does not extend to product removal or re-installation.
7 Year Warranty
This product or product component is covered by a 7 Year warranty from date of purchase for faulty workmanship or materials, subject to correct installation by a qualified plumber, electrician, or relevant trade and normal operation and use, in compliance with product instructions and information. Warranty does not extend to product removal or re-installation.

12 Month Washer, Seal, Flexihose, etc Warranty
12 month warranty on aerator, washers, O-rings, flexihose, and other perishable components. 2 Year ESP Warranty

Chrome Finish
Enjoy the lustre that is specific to a bright chrome finish. Chrome provides an extermely hard and long lasting surface. Chrome products should be cleaned periodically with a soft cloth and do not use ammoniated or harsh cleaning products. (Chrome towel warmers must be left turned on continuously but can operate with a towel warmer timer.)

Black Epoxy Resin

NZ Test Laboratory Approval
Heirloom Towel Warmers are designed in New Zealand specifically for the Australasian market. They are tested and certified by a world class New Zealand based testing laborartory to meet stringent Australasian product standards.
Dual Wired Towel Warmer
Heirloom's unique design which increases the flexibility of our stainless steel towel warmers by allowing them to be installed with the wiring entering the towel warmer on either the left or right hand side. Heirloom's Dual wired system has been tested to comply with the joint Australia and NZ standard and embodies many special technical design features to make it safe and easy for adapt to your installation. Heirloom stainless steel towel warmers can be installed with either left or right hand electric cable entry AND with the option of a concealed or exposed electrical flex. (Remember that the concealed wiring option can only be utilised when there is access to the wall cavity before the wall cladding is applied.)

Heirloom Towel Warmers are proudly designed and marketed in Australasia by Heirloom International, a 100% New Zealand owned company.
Zone 1 Installation
All IP45 rated towel warmers are able to be installed in Zone 1, the area above a bath or next to a shower. (This can be compromised if there are water sources that can be directed on to the towel warmer e.g. showers above baths etc. The installing electrician will be able to advise you as to what is possible.)
12 Volt
Strata Towel Warmers are 12 Volt allowing for peace of mind installation in Zone 1 or higher.

Timekeeper Towel Warmer Timer
The Heirloom Timekeeper allows you to reduce your power consumption and your power bill. The timekeeper turns your towel warmer on and off twice per day with a continuous repeating cycle where the towel warmer is on 4 hours and then off 8 hours. The Timekeeper can be retrospectively fitted on exisitng towel warmers as it fits behind the face plate of its power switch. To change the cycle you turn the towel warmer off and then turn it on again when you wish the new "on" cycle to commence. Do not install with and ESP towel warmer.
